Home style - Drayton Gardens flat

This 2000 sg ft Chelsea flat had not been modernised since the 1950's. It required a complete re-configure & re-build, creating a modern property that would appeal to the Chelsea buyer. Aspirational luxuries were added including underfloor heating, mood lighting, high tech audio systems & sleek kitchen & bathrooms. This was all created on a very tight budget, but still keeping attention to detail.
